Restoran Rimba Klasik@ Bandar Baru Bangi

Restoran Rimba Klasik yang terletak di Bandar Baru Bangi adalah salah satu restoran yang saya selalu kunjungi masa zaman muda saya sebagai student UKM. Kedai ni terletak bersebelahan dengan Restoran Soho di sebelah kiri jalan jika korang datang dari arah tol Kajang lepas traffic light (area sebelum deretan stesen minyak). Design dalam restoran ni agak cantik sebab stail macam makan dalam rimba, ada buluh, atap rumbia, effect air dan lampu yang menarik dan persekitaran bersih.

Demi mengimbau kenangan zaman remaja yang indah, saya ke restoran ni semula petang tadi. Ok saya tipu, sebenarnya saya dan Mr F tiba-tiba rasa mahu makan steak murah (save bajet sebab hujung bulan poket kering tapi nak jugak makan sedap.hehe).

Adam Seafood @ Seksyen 2, Bandar Baru Bangi

Salam dan hai.. Hari ini saya off jadi ada banyak masa untuk menulis! Mood kali ini adalah menulis dalam Bahasa Melayu. (Sekali-sekala apa salahnya kan..walaupun sebelum ini tulis BI tunggang-terbalik, broken dan vocabulary salah..harap dimaafkan ye..hehe =p)

Ok, saya akan review tentang satu tempat makan yang saya suka kunjungi bila ke Bangi, iaitu kedai makan Adam Seafood. Selalunya saya ada "masa-masa-tertentu-meroyan-nak-makan-ketam" jadi kedai ni lah yang selalu jadi sasaran utama saya. Lokasi kedai ini agak tersorok kerana berselindung di sebalik pokok-pokok, tapi dekat sangat (sebelah) dengan pasar Bandar Baru Bangi (Medan Selera Seksyen 2).

Saya jamin makanan kat sini semuanya sedap dan fresh terutamanya seafood, walaupun rupa kedainya 'kurang menawan' dan kadang-kadang macam ada bau pasar sikit (sebab kedudukan kedai sebelah pasar). Masakan panas lain yang bergoreng (nasi, mee etc etc) juga ada disediakan. Sup dan tomyam di kedai ni boleh tahan sedap, kena dengan lidah pantai timur saya ni ;)

Ada juga yang kata menu Ayam Fujiyama di sini sedap, saya belum cuba lagi sebab setiap kali datang ke sini, saya stick pada menu yang sama sahaja..Mungkin lain kali boleh cuba menu lain kot ;)

Weekend @ Mid Valley

Yesterday Mr F and I went out jalan-jalan around KL (our weekend routine when I'm not working). It was raining heavily and quite boring to stay in the car so we decided to singgah at Midvalley. I have no plans at all, just to round the mall and doing light survey on some stuffs that might be bought for our hantaran kahwin.

We went into some shops, belek-belek all the handbags and shoes. I was interested on a pair of Carlo Rino shoes and tried them for fun when suddenly Mr F said, "Sayang, if you like it I'll buy if for you". I was like, "Huh? seriously B??". He just smiled and warned me to decide faster because he will change his mind if I asked too much. Hohoho..Of course I went head over heels la! *grin*

Pikir punya pikir lastly I decided to give up on shoes and chose handbags instead. Haha seronoknya!!Bukan selalu dapat peluang nak mengepow En Tunang nie ;D Finally I got this one:

Baiti & Ijan's Wedding Ceremony at Melaka

Hi everyone! Last Saturday I went to my friend's wedding at Melaka. The King and Queen of the day were Nurbaiti & Shahrizan. Baiti is my ex-coursemate and also my ex-housemate when we were in UKM. They get married on 3rd June 2011 at Kelantan (I didn't attend the wedding ceremony on the bride's side). So my friends and I were attending their kenduri sambut menantu on the groom's side in Melaka.

I was organizing a convoy trip to Melaka with other physics coursemates. The original plan was to gather everyone at R&R Nilai around 1 pm but due to some technical problem (Mr F working on that day and I have to wait for him to get back from work) so my trip were postponed and I have to let other friends to go first to the kenduri since they arrived at R&R Nilai at 1pm sharp.

After waiting for Mr F for around 1 hour, we began our journey around 2pm and reached Melaka at 4pm (Alhamdulillah luckily, without sesat =D). Our other friends already there waiting for us at the kenduri and because of we were late, I didn't manage to talk to everyone there. Tak sempat nak catch up with each other and gossip lama-lama. Time sampai tu pun makanan dah nak habis. Owh I really hate being late.. =(

Congratulations Byt and hubby for their wedding! I am very happy for both of you and I wish you are always happy and please get a very cute baby as soon as possible okay! ;)

Overall, I am so excited to meet my friends at the wedding. Better late than never kan? I expect to see others and catch up more next time, at next wedding. InsyaAllah.. ;)

birthday trip to Fraser Hill

It’s been a while I was away from blogging and busy with few things. Dah berhabuk blog nie.. Anyways, yesterday was my birthday!! ;)

5-6-1987 was the date I was born 24 years ago. Alhamdulillah, I feel grateful and blessed throughout the years. There are always so many things to be grateful of. Graduated at the age of 22, getting good job at 23, surrounded by good friends, supporting family and also accompanied by someone I love, my fiancée. I am so happy with my life and couldn't ask more. All I can say is I am grateful to Allah, and I always pray that this happiness will remain forever. Amin.. ;)

Now I would like to update on my trip to Fraser Hill, Raub Pahang. Sebenarnya dah lama sangat lah I teringin nak menjejakkan kaki ke Fraser Hill sekarang baru je dapat peluang ke sana. Hati rasa melonjak-lonjak mahu tengok apa yang menarik di Fraser Hill seperti yang dikhabarkan sebelum ini..So I planned to go there during my birthday. Konon sempena birthday la ni kan.. Semangat la ni siap merajuk dengan Mr F sebab lambat gerak dr KL =S

Kami bertolak dari KL pada jam 2.30 petang dan sampai ke puncak Fraser Hill pada jam 5.30 petang. The route was very bad and scary (pusing2 pening2 worst than Cameron Highland route) that I felt sick in my stomach. No nice scenery for eye-catching except woods. Nasib baik tak makan banyak time tu kalau tak dah lama muntah.

Guess what?

It was the WORST birthday trip. 

EVER.

I have to agree with the idioms “Indah khabar dari rupa” sebab tak de benda menarik pun di Fraser Hill kecuali nice English-themed building. Makan pun mahal. And also ada satu playground kecil where some group of families play and lepak2 there.

I am terribly disappointed. After a long tiring journey I expect Fraser Hill could be attractive and way better place than others. but....(you finished them in you own words)

I really don't get it why other people said FH is a nice place to visit =( i think Bukit Tinggi is way better than FH. I feel a bit sad and kesian sangat kat Mr F sebab drive jauh just to watch this scenery *sigh*. But I'm really thankful to him because he is very patience and sanggup layan kerenah I yang gedik nak pergi FH all this time. huhu..Love u munchkins!

Kesimpulan: FH is not worth it, penat gila jalan jauh and bad routing (rugi minyak, tol, masa), makan mahal, xde tempat menarik nak dilawati. FH is absolutely not my type of place. Will not reconsider coming again to FH. Confirm.
